I work closely with management, marketing and technology teams to define the products vision, ensuring alignment between business goals, user needs and technical feasibility. In parallel, lead UX/UI design processes and the continuous evolution of the products through research and heuristic analysis. I also provide front-end development support for web applications when needed and am responsible for developing the company’s websites and landing pages.

I built and scaled the UX/UI area, including recruiting and structuring the design team. I worked closely with the CTO, the development team, and the Product Owner to define the vision for new SaaS products. I actively participated in requirements gathering and products functional definition, and led end-to-end UX/UI design processes.

I participated in large-scale digital projects for multiple enterprise clients through Mobiik, a software consultancy, including collaborations with Microsoft MCS, focusing on product feasibility, functional requirements validation, and user experience design. I collaborated with IT teams in the development of static HTML to support the development process and facilitate the transition from design to product.
